Wendy is a nurse that enjoys holistic nutrition, is also a wife, mother of three boys, and third generation Lakelander she is passionate about health, nutrition, and helping others learn how to take care of their bodies properly.
AJ Jackson
AJ is Wendy's best Friend as well as a fitness instructor and works in aquatics. In addition to her love of fitness & great physical shape she is also passionate about kombucha brewing, AJ hosts regular classes for water aerobics, body sculpting, and spin.
